In connection with COVID-19, we have adjusted the hygienic and sanitary programs of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic, as well as the stay in hotels, in order to ensure maximum protection of the health of other guests and our employees.
Please respect the following rules at the hotel:
All public areas of the hotel are subject to the wearing of a protective face mask or other means of covering the respiratory tract.
Keep a safe distance of at least 2 meters.
Disinfect your hands. You have disinfectants available in all other facilities.
We will clean hotel rooms during your stay only on request and without the presence of a guest.
All public spaces and rooms are regularly disinfect
The hotel reserves the right to modify the conditions for guests upon check-in. In case of a serious suspicion of the spread of the infection, the hotel has the right to expect the guest to leave the hotel.
The hotel reception staff will be happy to help, advise and provide the necessary information.
Please note that hotel is not a place to stay in quarantine. In case that you need to stay in quarantine or in isolation after travelling from risk countries, please use other kinds of accommodation, not the hotel. Safety is the first.
